Ndundu lodge is a charming guesthouse with 21 beds situated right in the heart of the Upper Vumba. We are nestled between forests, wild proteas and fern gardens through which we have created paths for our customers to enjoy.
There are little picnic sites & benches placed throughout the property and you can relax and get some tan in our sunchairs while enjoying the birds and the butterflies that dance around the multitude of flowers.

Lounge

We have a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a music corner and a small but well stocked bar. Read one of the latest magazines, listen to music (or make your own tape), have fun playing games. We do NOT have a television, the atmosphere in our place renders it useless!!!

Treat yourself to a comfortable night in one of our luxury double rooms, have a romantic night in the honeymoonsuite which has its own fireplace! Bathroom with hot shower, 2 toilets & sink are shared per 3 rooms.

Kids to young to have their own room ? Our family room is a comfortable room that has a small room with a bunk bed attached to it. The family room has its own bathroom with hot shower & sink and a private toilet.

Camping

A well organised campsite - with braai/BBQ sites and an ablutionblock (toilets, hot showers, sinks, laundry basin) - makes camping as easy as it can get!! We provide you with firewood or you can use treat yourself to an excellent meal in our restaurant!

Self Catering Cottage

There is a fully equipped selfcatering cottage in walking distance of the main lodge. The cottage can sleep up to 6 people; it has 3 bedrooms (1 with bathroom ensuite, 2 rooms sharing), a lounge with fireplace and a dinning area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. The cottage is surrounded by forest, has a nice veranda and a big garden.

Restaurant

A good breakfast (full, vegetarian, health, light) and a cup of filter coffee will get you going in the morning!

The dinner menu includes a starter and a main course (always a choice between a beef, a chicken, a vegetarian or a pasta dish); dessert is optional . Our meals are tasty, different and prepared with a passion …

For groups we can arrange special buffets : the African buffet is a classic among travel companies!
