The
Flag of Zimbabwe consist of seven horizontal bands in
the national colours.
Black represents the black majority of people;
Yellow signifies the country's mineral wealth;
Red symbolises the blood spilled during the liberation struggle;
Green represents Zimbabwe's vegetation and agriculture.
A white triangle on the left hand side of the flaf contains the country's national emblem, a Zimbabwe Bird in yellow, on a red five-point star. The white symbolises peace, while the red star symbolises hope for the future.........
